Keep your collectible trading cards safe and protected for storage, sorting, and trading with Ultra PRO's Premium Card Sleeves. These sleeves are made in California, USA, and thicker than our Penny Sleeves for added protection. Produced with archival-grade, acid-free, non-PVC, and ultra-clear polypropylene film, these premium card sleeves are designed to hold standard size 2.5" x 3.5" trading cards up to 35pt in thickness and are ideal for use with Ultra PRO's Toploaders. Each pack comes with 100 individual sleeves per pack.

PRE ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% Processing Fee. No exceptions will be made. 

WE DO NOT CANCEL PRE ORDER ITEMS DURING RELEASE WEEK. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG products.

ROUTE IS A NON REFUNDABLE FEE.

For all other items, you can return them back, unopened for a store credit. The shipping charge will be up to the customer to pay.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

This applies to non pre order items. If you are looking to cancel your PRE ORDER please visit the pre order page. 

For order cancellations we cannot offer a refund at this time. If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive store credit towards a future purchase. 

Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name. Store credit can only be redeemed by the person associated with the account. 

Store credit is not transferable.


EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit. We do not offer refunds.

MISSING PIECES

If a game you purchased from us has missing or damaged components, please contact the game's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS/MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged/missing products, you are required to notify us by email at info@empiretradings.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.  

Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped boxes. 

This is a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from Pokemon and other manufactures. This is not a reason for a refund, store credit or exchange.  

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments on products during sales periods. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN ON SALE.

If our price drops before your item ships, we will offer a price adjustment in the form of a store credit.
